Donna is the Founder and Creative Strategist behind Burt By Design, specialising in turning business vision into aligned systems, scalable growth, and real-world execution.
For the past 8+ years, Donna has partnered with coaches, consultants, wellness brands, ecommerce companies, and trade-based businesses across Australia, the Philippines, the UK, US, and Europe, helping transform ideas into structured, high-converting digital ecosystems.

Emma
Operations, Account Manager & Client Success
Emma is the driving force behind client relationships and day-to-day operations at Burt By Design. She manages client communication, lead generation, project coordination, and account management. Passionate about service delivery from onboarding through to delivery, Emma works closely with clients to understand their goals and ensure a smooth, positive experience at every stage of the journey.
Originally from the UK and now based in Sydney, Emma brings a strong background across operations, customer experience, ecommerce, digital marketing, and business systems support.
Prior to joining Burt By Design, Emma worked across small businesses, ecommerce brands, and corporate environments, including years at IHG Corporate where she specialised in system training and support, customer service, and revenue management. She later worked within a boutique mortgage company as an Office Manager, overseeing compliance processes and client journey management.
